Unless otherwise stated, original material created by TW Farms remains the intellectual property of TW Farms and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property law.

Where applicable, that original material may include:

• TW Farms branding
• Logos created for TW Farms
• Original artwork
• Photography
• Video
• Music
• Audio
• Software and code
• Graphics
• Characters
• Digital media
• Downloadable material
• Other original works created by TW Farms

This covers rights TW Farms actually holds. It does not claim ownership of creator-owned work, GIANTS Software material, manufacturer brands, third-party game assets or third-party trademarks.

Creator-owned material under licence

Contributors retain ownership of their own intellectual property unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. That includes:

• JNJ / GravelBorn
• PaPaSmurf
• Old Aussie Gamer
• Other contributing creators

Creator-owned works remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. Where such works appear on TW Farms services, TW Farms uses, hosts, promotes or distributes those works under permission or licence from the relevant rights holder.

That permission can include hosting, display, promotion, reproduction, packaging, distribution or other agreed availability. It is not an assignment of the creator’s copyright to TW Farms.

Third-party rights

Trademarks, game assets, manufacturer names, software names, third-party logos and other protected material remain the property of their respective owners.

Farming Simulator and GIANTS Software material are examples. Their inclusion on TW Farms does not mean TW Farms owns them, and it does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or partnership unless that relationship is stated.

SADIE — Character & digital identity rights

SADIE is a human-directed digital representation and proprietary TW Farms character identity.

Where applicable, the protected presentation of that identity includes:

• Her name
• Visual appearance
• Character design
• Voice identity
• Personality presentation
• Associated artwork
• Imagery
• Animation
• Audiovisual representation
• Branding
• Associated media

No licence is granted merely because the material is publicly viewable. Without prior written permission from TW Farms, and except where applicable law already allows the use, the following are not permitted:

• Reproduction
• Redistribution
• Copying
• Adaptation
• Imitation
• Commercial exploitation
• Character replication
• Synthetic replication
• Voice cloning
• Likeness replication
• Derivative works
• Dataset creation
• AI or model-training use
• Promotional use that implies affiliation
• Sale or resale of SADIE-related material

This reserves rights TW Farms holds in the character identity and in the SADIE media it controls. It does not claim ownership of a private person, override a lawful exception, or restrict responsible discussion of the public project. General rights reservation

Except where expressly stated otherwise, no licence, assignment or permission is granted in relation to TW Farms intellectual property, creator-owned licensed material, branding, characters, music, artwork, audiovisual material, software or downloadable content.

Viewing or downloading publicly available material does not transfer ownership and does not grant reuse rights beyond a licence that is explicitly provided.

Nothing on this page removes a permission that applicable law, or a specific licence supplied with a particular work, already gives.

Downloads and music

Copyright and ownership remain with the identified creator or rights holder. Download availability does not transfer copyright. That notice also appears in the Mod Warehouse.

Purchasing or downloading music does not transfer copyright ownership. Use is governed by the licence supplied with the track or product. TW Music is a coming-soon teaser and does not offer checkout yet.
