Copyright & Content Concerns
A direct route for people whose work, identity or rights may be affected.
Last reviewed: 11 September 2026
What you can report
This route covers copyright concerns, contributor ownership disputes, privacy concerns, impersonation, unauthorised SADIE or TW representation, misleading endorsement, trademark concerns, incorrect attribution, hosted-file concerns and other rights issues.
Contact TW Farms privately
Email [email protected], preferably with “Content concern” in the subject. The Contact page lists the same public contact route. Avoid posting private family information or sensitive evidence in public comments.
What to include
- A name or organisation we can address you by and a way to reply.
- The affected TW Farms URL and the material concerned. For off-site impersonation, include the relevant external URL.
- The nature of your concern and the basis for your claim, including whether you act for someone else.
- Supporting evidence where appropriate, and the resolution you are requesting.
Provide only the personal information needed to explain the concern. Please do not send identity documents, a home address, private family archives or unrelated sensitive material with an initial report. If more evidence is necessary, TW Farms may explain what is needed and why.
How reports are reviewed
TW Farms will review reports. Depending on the issue, this may include acknowledging receipt, investigating the material, asking for further evidence, contacting relevant contributors or rightsholders, or temporarily restricting or removing content where appropriate.
Material may be corrected, attributed differently, removed or restored where a claim cannot be substantiated. Appropriate records may be retained to handle the report and related disputes. Correspondence is handled as described in the Privacy Policy; unnecessary private information should not be circulated.
Each report is considered on its circumstances and applicable law. No particular outcome or response time is promised by this procedure. It does not replace any legal rights or remedies available to you.
Good-faith reporting
Reports should be made honestly and in good faith. If information changes or a report contains an error, please tell TW Farms so the review can take that into account.
For permission requests rather than complaints, see Rights & Permissions. For SADIE and family representation boundaries, see Digital Persons & Family Privacy.
