A clear distinction between our original work, the work of others and the permissions needed to reuse it.

TW Farms original material
Unless otherwise stated, rights in original TW Farms-created material are reserved by the applicable TW Farms rightsholder. Qualifying original material may include written content, graphics, branding, photographs and video, website material, software and code, tools, AI Workshop documentation, project demonstrations and downloadable material.
This applies only to rights that the relevant rightsholder holds. It does not claim ownership of third-party components, public-domain material or every element of an AI-assisted output. A specific licence supplied with an asset or software project continues to apply.
Contributors keep their rights
Appearing on TW Farms does not transfer a contributor’s ownership. A profile, link, logo, mod or map discussion, promotional feature, guide, video or article does not itself assign rights to TW Farms.
This includes contributors such as GHP Farmer and other community creators. Their work remains theirs or the relevant rightsholder’s unless a separate agreement says otherwise. Being featured here is not evidence of a wider licence.
Mods, maps and community content
Mod and map creators retain their applicable rights. Attribution, linking, reviewing and showcasing do not transfer ownership. Hosting a file requires appropriate permission or another lawful basis; follow any licence and creator instructions that apply. TW Farms will not intentionally claim another creator’s work as its own.
Third-party rights and independence
Farming Simulator and GIANTS-related marks and material belong to their respective rightsholders. Third-party logos, trademarks, music, imagery, software and other works remain with their respective owners. References do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or partnership unless explicitly stated.
Permitted ordinary use
You are welcome to view public pages in your browser, link to them, share links, discuss the work and use platform-native sharing where available. Reasonable quotation and other uses permitted by applicable law remain available. These policies do not restrict lawful statutory exceptions or permissions already granted by an applicable licence.
When permission may be required
Subject to applicable law and existing licences, permission may be required to commercially republish protected material, redistribute TW-hosted original files, reproduce substantial original content, or use protected media in commercial products. Do not present another person’s work as your own or reuse TW Farms branding in a way that misleadingly suggests an official connection.
A download link or a publicly accessible file does not itself grant unrestricted redistribution rights. Ask the relevant rightsholder; TW cannot grant rights belonging to someone else.
AI and model training
Publication on twfarms.uk does not constitute affirmative permission from TW Farms to use protected TW Farms-controlled content or protected SADIE media for training, fine-tuning, cloning or as synthetic-identity source material. No licence for those uses is granted by publication alone.
This statement reserves only rights TW Farms is entitled to exercise, to the extent permitted by applicable law. It does not override lawful exceptions or third-party rights. See Digital Persons & Family Privacy for the boundaries around SADIE and family representations.

Email [email protected] or use the Contact page. Identify the content, intended use, platform or publication, commercial or non-commercial context, and proposed duration or scope where relevant. Please wait for an express permission response where permission is needed; silence is not approval.
