01

The flagship map

Madison is the long-form TW Farms map project: a 4x American farming world built around cattle country, open landscapes, river country and the idea that a map should feel inhabited rather than merely populated with fields.

Its visual direction pulls from the big-sky ranch atmosphere that TW Farms has repeatedly returned to, while the actual map is its own project. The goal is a place with identity, not a checklist of assets.

02

A map with districts and people

Madison is designed around recognisable creator and community spaces rather than anonymous filler. TW Farms HQ, PapaSmurf Motors, a Down Under district, JNJ ranch elements and other crew-flavoured areas turn the project into a shared world without pretending every asset or idea came from one person.

The community layer is part of the map’s character, but the project remains a TW Farms map with a coherent overall design.

03

Farming direction

Cattle is a major theme, with large working spaces, ranch-style environments and routes designed for the machinery that actually has to move through them. River scenery, long grass, wide views and weather atmosphere are part of the intended feel.

The map deliberately avoids unnecessary train infrastructure. The focus is roads, farms, yards, fields and the places people actually use.

04

Why Madison matters

Madison became the reference target for a much bigger idea: if repeated map-building work could be made more structured, more visual and less destructive, those tools might become useful beyond a single map.

That line of thinking eventually fed into Farm Forge and the wider TW Farms Technologies work. Madison therefore sits at the meeting point between the creator side of TW Farms and the tools being built to support it.
